Ennesty Energy is a highly successful electrical contracting company
specialising in the construction and maintenance of all electrical
systems and associated building works to major clients in the
electricity supply industry across Australia.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be an experienced Operations Supervisor/ Coordinator responsible for managing primary electrical works undertaken by workshop and field staff to ensure the efficient assembly, installation and maintenance of key plant.
You will ensure quality standards and client deadlines are met whilst seeking
continual process improvements and efficiencies.
What will you be responsible for?
- Managing and coordinating a team of 10+ staff ensuring all work complies with defined customer requirements required for the provision of High and Low Voltage electricity supply
- Providing technical support and high levels of customer service both internally & externally
- Coordinating and managing systems, particularly in relation to Quality and OHS&E
- Materials procurement
- Resource planning and allocation of duties to a permanent team
- Project status reporting and close out
- Quotation assembly assistance
- Fleet management
What will you need to have?
- A-Class Electrical Workers Licence, with a minimum of five years industry experience
- Minimum of 12 months experience in Supervision / Leadership /Management with the ability to train, motivate and develop staff
- Very good communication, planning and organizational skills
- High level problem solving capabilities with a ‘can do’ attitude
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Experience in basic office systems and procedures
- Basic Computing Skills
